Privacy policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data mbti-test.me processes and why. In short: your test answers stay in your browser.
1. Test answers and results
The test runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your last result are saved in your browser's local storage so you can resume an unfinished test or revisit your result. They are not sent to our servers. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
2. Share links
If you share your result, the link contains only your four-letter type and four percentages (for example ?t=INFJ&s=62-71-58-66). It contains no name, email or other personal information. Result pages are excluded from search engines.
3. Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We do not require cookies to use the test. If we add privacy-friendly analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Third-party partners such as advertising networks may then use cookies according to their own policies.
5. Email
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Because we store almost nothing, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing your browser data, but you can always contact us at hello@mbti-test.me.
7. Children
The site is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
